1: Hello again!

Here’s the start of a new series. I don’t know what to call it as I am writing now, but it’ll have a title soon. It’s not the easiest to name something and it’s not the easiest to be transparent when I am writing on a public platform.

Although it is my blog and I get to choose what I produce, there is always a certain degree of apprehension about its reception or how it adds to or takes away from my personality. It is certainly not a question of validation here. I am mostly apprehensive about spilling too much or saying a lot with no meaning.

I intend to develop a habit of writing every day. I used to maintain a couple of journals earlier and it has faded away now. This series is meant for me to fall back into that habit and for you all to probably get to know me or understand someone else who may think like me.

For the purpose of transparency, I will make sure that I write only as much as I feel like writing on a particular day – be it a line, a paragraph or an essay – so bear with me, Dreamers.

We often spend so much time on the finer details that we lose sight of the big picture. I have spent two weeks trying to come up with the best possible name for this series, instead of just having started it. Here I am,  with a little over half of November behind me, still thinking. For the sake of actually starting, I am simply choosing to call it What’s on my mind? for now. If it changes, it changes. I’ll let you know, of course. Stay tuned ❤
